Wonderful organization, and a wonderful place to visit!!! Cat Town is basically cat heaven, with so many structures for the cats to climb, cozy nooks for them to snooze in, and plenty of feline company to help the shy guys come out of their shells. I love visiting the cat cafe so much that I became a volunteer so I could go more often! The staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable. I also adopted my two cats from here and they are the loves of my life <3

I really loved coming here. I actually work at another cat adoption lounge (though I also had a coworker that worked here for awhile), and honestly, location aside (public transit w/transfers can be a pain with delays up to 30 minutes from SF, so get there early!), I prefer this space for cat adoptions. It's spacious, super clean, not crowded, and there are private rooms for some cats too, which makes it very easy to meet and get to know those adoptable cats personally. We ended up spending nearly all of our time cuddling with Koala, who was extremely affectionate and adorable. I really wish we could have adopted her, but we already have a cat who likely wouldn't get along with other cats. T_T I really hope the best for Koala and all of the cats.

I fostered and then adopted my kitty from Cat Town. She was a chronic problem urinator, who had been returned several times by previous potential adopting families due to not having the patience or capacity to deal with her urinating outside the litter box. Cat Town however provided us extensive support and guidance long after we had adopted her, to troubleshoot and eventually SOLVE the problem urinating! Lending us the extra litter trays and samples of different litters for a "litter buffet" experience to identify which litter our cat ultimately preferred. I was very happy with their support. They had very reasonable adoption fees. They have lovely marketing that really helps would-be adopted cats shine. I plan to foster with them again, once it's time to welcome new cats into our home.

This is the best cat cafe I have been to! You can tell that the cats are happy and comfortable. There is a big room for the playful cats, and a bunch of smaller private rooms for the more introverted cats. I have gone many times and always have a great visit :)

I did a walk-in just to have a quick peek today and they fortunately had one spot open! The cats were so friendly and receptive to pets and scratches. The separation of studios further inside the cafe was really cool for individualized socializing. It's also super clean and stocked with toys and seating areas. The decor and cat houses were so cute too!
